David Kotz is a lifetime resident of Bainbridge Island, Washington.

His studio, Coyote Woodshop, is on the property where he grew up and now lives with his wife and daughters.

He has long been fond of hiking in the island's forests and on the Olympic Pennisula where he has cultivated a knowledge and love for the trees of the Northwest.

As an experienced carpenter and craftsman, David has blended his love for nature with his knowledge and expertise in building and woodworking.
